How do Level 5 look after websites?

Each maintenance package involves dedicated hours per month. The package includes the following:
  • Development changes/requests, updating functions, create new functions within the allocated hours.
  • Design amendments, changes of images, updating content, add/remove pages.
  • Support every month during working hours: Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
  • 3 hours a week is dedicated to search engine optimization.
  • A monthly statistical report of your website, in regards to; hits, visits, bandwidth usage, space usage, visits by country, and browser usage. *
  • 2 hours a month is used to check the freshness of the website. Consultation on improving the content will be provided if issues are found. You may see your website slightly changing every month (on your request). *
  • Back up every week on our office servers. *
